Nestled in the pines, this beautiful Victorian style home brings you closer to nature while being close to civilization. Drive over the private bridge onto the long tree-lined driveway to this big cozy home surrounded by pines. There isn't a neighbor in sight. Enjoy an evening on the covered porch, socialize on the huge deck, or play in the big yard. Take a mini-hike on the property and end up dipping your toes in the cool bubbling stream. Perfect for professional groups, corporate weekends, yoga retreats, family reunions, etc. and cozy enough for smaller groups. The game room makes it perfect for families. Each of the four main bedrooms are beautifully appointed. Even the two full baths (one with a claw foot tub!) are charming as well. The house is completed by a large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining area with greenhouse windows, and a large living room with a gas "wood stove." WiFi is available for those "necessary" communications with the office or to check the latest on your EBay bid status! In town you will find restaurants, a weekend farmer's market, museum, and a nearby convenience store. Well behaved pets are frequently welcome with additional deposit.
(Some dogs may be asked to run around and play with our dog but it's not a requirement for rental.)

When you're ready to rent, we'll email you a rental agreement with all the important information.

Generally speaking, a weekend begins Friday afternoon and ends on Sunday afternoon and holiday weekends begin Friday afternoon and end on Monday afternoon.
(If it were up to us, weekends would begin on Wednesday!)
Most houses have a separate cleaning fee that should be left in cash at the house at the end of your stay. Housekeepers are independent contractors (and are very nice people).
