5 bedroom, two bath, sleeps up to 12 comfortably.
Cozy enough for small groups yet comfortable enough for large groups... this village cottage is set back from the road; and the road is not very busy at all. In the sleepy country town of Pine Hill, this delightful ginger-bread house is filled with charm and modern convenience.
Across the road you'll find the Community Center which is host to arts and crafts fairs and a weekend farmer's market.
Tired from hiking or skiing... relax in the hot tub on the back deck then relax in front of the wood stove in the living room. Cook a big family meal and enjoy eating around the big dining room table.
Walking distance from the Trailways bus stop, to the local convenience store (which has nearly everything!), and swimming in Belleayre Lake!
Be close to everything!!
15 minutes to Margaretville for shopping, movie rental, and other basic necessities. In town you'll also find some great restaurants, antiquing, and the best country auction in the area!
5 minutes to Belleayre and Plattekill for winter skiing, autumn leaf peeping, and summer hiking and biking.
Near state land, hiking trails, lakes, and fishing.
20 minutes to Andes for some great antiquing and dining.
5 minutes to Arkville for the Flea Market and antiquing.
10 minutes to Roxbury for the Round Barn farmers and crafts market on Saturdays

Rates are subject to change. Please be sure to check with us. Holiday rates may be higher.
We request a security/damage deposit with each rental, usually in the amount of the rental.
(Don't worry, you'll get it right back and we know you'll be careful.)
Applicable sales and lodging tax will be added.
(The government wants their share and they get real testy if they don't get it!)
Well behaved pets are frequently welcome with additional deposit.
(Some dogs may be asked to run around and play with our dog but it's not a requirement for rental.)
Prices are subject to change and may vary by season and peak times.
(It's not that we're fickle. Things just change sometimes.)
When you're ready to rent, we'll email you a rental agreement with all the important information.
(It's a quick read. The plot is thin but the characters are very interesting.)
Generally speaking, a weekend begins Friday afternoon and ends on Sunday afternoon and holiday weekends begin Friday afternoon and end on Monday afternoon.
(If it were up to us, weekends would begin on Wednesday!)
Most houses have a separate cleaning fee that should be left in cash at the house at the end of your stay. Housekeepers are independent contractors (and are very nice people).
