The Guest House Studio is comfortable and cozy. It is centrally located and has lots of natural light!
The house itself is a classic village home, built in the 1800s, that recently has been completely updated to a beautiful and comfortable four unit apartment building. The original wide plank
wood floors and rafter beams remain as reminders of the past. The updated appliances and fixtures are the modern conveniences we all expect.
Historic home plus all updated interior equals charm and modern convenience!
From the building, you can walk to nearby restaurants, shopping, and laundromat.
Centrally located in Arkville, The Guest House Studio is a short drive to skiing, swimming, hiking, shopping, and art, and is close to wedding venues!
Note: the backyard and the firepit are available and are shared with other renters.
The Studio apartment is on the second floor, one flight of stairs.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay while traveling for our first ski trip of the season. The property was clean and very comfortable. We were surprised to find treats waiting for us when we arrived. We arrived during a snow storm and Casey (employee) gave us a hand with our vehicle when we got stuck trying to get into the parking lot. Roads and lot were clear by morning. Would highly recommend this nicely updated property to anyone looking to ski at Belleayre Mountain.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, well appointed and new, while maintaining some of the rustic charm. The studio is actually larger than the pictures show. You cannot do better when staying in the area!
The property is beautifull and cosy! We really enjoyed the place because everything is clean and modern, we felt like a second home.
The kitchen is well equiped, the bed and sheets are very comfortable, bathroom is super clean and cute. Thermostat is very responsive, which is also a plus.
